Checkout and Payment 

Review your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and contact information. Please enter your real name and phone number to facilitate contact by the courier. Shipping

We usually ship products via FedEx, UPS, etc. You will receive a tracking number within 2-4 days. If you need to delay delivery or pick it up at a FedEx/UPS center, please inform us before shipment so we can arrange the delivery time or change the delivery address. Shipping times depend on your location. It takes 7-10 days for your package to arrive in the United States, and longer for Canada, Australia, and the EU, so please be patient and keep in touch with us.

Delivery and Inspection

Please pay attention to the tracking number and wait for it to be delivered to your home. If the package's outer box is damaged, take a video or photo of the shipping label and outer box before unpacking. You should also take a video while opening the package to prove that your product was damaged during transit (in rare cases). We offer different options depending on the extent of the damage: guide you
on how to repair, send a replacement, or refund.

Start Production

Making a doll usually takes 1-2 weeks. However, depending on the brand and materials, it may take shorter or longer. In special cases, we can shorten the queue time and speed up production for you. Production times may be delayed during holidays (New Year’s, Christmas, National Day, Chinese New Year, etc.). If you choose a stock doll, there is no production process, as all dolls are already stored in our warehouse. We will ship your doll within 2-3 business days.

Shipping
