- Causes: Payment might fail due to reasons like PayPal blocking the purchase, insufficient credit card limit, incorrect card information, invalid card, expired card, transaction exceeding limit, card disabled, bank restrictions on international transactions (ensure your credit card and debit card can make online purchases from overseas merchants), etc.
- Solutions:
- Check Card Information: Ensure the card details (card number, expiry date, CVV code) you entered are correct.
- Contact Your Bank: Confirm that your card has sufficient limit and that international transactions are enabled. Ask if the bank has declined the transaction due to risk controls.
- Try Another Payment Method: Attempt to pay using another method, such as PayPal, another bank card, Klarna, Western Union/bank transfer, etc.
- PayPal Issues: If you receive an error with your PayPal order, there may be an issue with your PayPal funding source. Contact PayPal.com support for more information.
- Insufficient Funds: There are not enough funds in the account to cover the transaction amount; a simple recharge is needed.
- Exceeding Limits: Attempted transaction exceeds the withdrawal limit of the account; you may need to modify the limit.
- Expired Card: Your card has expired; you will need to use a different card.
- Invalid Credit Card Number: You have entered an invalid payment method or incorrect credit card information.
- Invalid Expiry Date: You have entered an invalid payment method or incorrect card expiry date. Correct the payment information and try the transaction again - if denial still exists, you will need to contact your bank.
Issuer Declines CVV: You have entered an invalid security code or there are typos in the card information. It's recommended to try the transaction again, and if denial still exists, you will need to contact your bank.
- Based on Location: The bank may refuse the transaction based on the change of IP address.
- Bank's Fraud Rules: The bank's fraud rules have prevented the transaction.
- If your PayPal account cannot process payments or your card still has issues, try purchasing again in an incognito mode browser or a different browser, change the payment method at checkout, use a different credit card or PayPal account, or if these issues do not apply, contact us with your order number, name, and email address, the error notice, and a screenshot of the error, and we will check the details and assist you with continuing the order.
- You should be able to receive detailed information about any failed or successful transactions from your bank. If the payment fails, feel free to contact your bank.
Security Tips
- Secure Environment: Do not make payments in public places or on insecure network environments to avoid information leakage.
- Information Confidentiality: Do not disclose your payment password or verification code to anyone, including customer service personnel.
Suspicious Transactions: If you notice any suspicious transactions, such as unauthorized deductions, please contact customer service and your bank immediately to file a complaint and handle it.
- Payment Proof: Please keep your payment proofs, such as order screenshots, payment bills, etc., for future inquiries and rights protection.
- Due to the high unit price of some of our products, your credit card may be restricted from making large transactions, so you may receive transaction risk alerts from your bank during the transaction process. If your payment is declined, call your bank to allow the transaction. If you still cannot make the payment, choose PayPal.
