Order Processing and Shipping
- Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
- Shipping Time: Apart from sex dolls and torso sex toys, all orders will be shipped within two business days after order confirmation. Stock sex dolls and torso toy orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation. Custom sex dolls are shipped immediately after production. We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped quickly. Out-of-stock products will be shipped directly from our factory in China.
Shipping Methods and Costs
At checkout, you will be able to choose your desired shipping option, and options will be explained. Sometimes, based on your location and the products you purchase, shipping options may not be available, but we will always clearly explain what options you can use.
- Standard Shipping: (1) For small parcels (under 4 kg), we use reliable international courier services (airmail), with an expected transit time of 8-12 business days (excluding weekends). Standard shipping costs are $25. Customers with orders over $49 will have the standard shipping fee waived. (2) For large parcels such as sex dolls and torso toys (over 4 kg), we use reliable international sea shipping services, with an expected transit time of 15-20 business days. Customers with large parcel orders will have the standard shipping fee waived.
- Express Shipping: If you need faster delivery, we offer an express shipping option, with an estimated transit time of 4-6 business days. Costs depend on order weight and destination, and specific charges will be shown at checkout (regular product shipping fee is $40). To save time, we recommend specifying your preferred shipping method sea or air when placing an order. We do not accept cash on delivery orders.
Order Tracking and Delivery
- Tracking Information: All our orders come with tracking numbers, and it may take up to 24 hours to obtain tracking information after a tracking number is assigned. You can track the status of your order delivery at any time using the email provided or on our website. Before your package arrives in the United States, the tracking
number will only show that a shipping label has been created but will not update any logistics information. Once your package has cleared customs, carriers like FedEx or UPS will take over the final delivery and update the logistics information. We understand you may have concerns about the status of your shipment, but rest assured, we take responsibility for all orders, and we ask for your patience during this time.
- Delivery Notification: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification and provide a tracking number so you can track your order. Please ensure the address you provide is accurate to ensure smooth delivery.
- Inspect Your Package: Keep an eye on the tracking number and wait for it to be delivered to your home. You must check each item for any damage upon arrival, even if the cardboard box looks fine from the outside. If you notice the outer box is damaged, take a video or photo of the shipping label and outer box before unpacking, and you should also take a video and check it when opening the package to prove that your product was damaged during transit (in rare cases), and we will need your help to file a claim with the carrier. If it is proven that the damage was caused by the product itself, we will offer different options depending on the

Customs and Taxes: For customers in the United States and European countries, you will not need to pay any taxes; customers in other countries may need to pay additional duties or import taxes (for high-priced products); please note that customs clearance and other reasons may cause order delivery delays.

If you are out when your package arrives, your mail carrier or courier will leave a card to arrange another delivery attempt or tell you where to pick up your discreetly packaged order. If your package is taken to the nearest courier service location, you can pick up the package or arrange for redelivery.

Our shipping partners are UPS and FedEx. We use them to speed up transportation and ensure safe delivery. Regarding package packaging, damage, and loss If you encounter any of the following situations after receiving the package, please report to us promptly.
When you receive a product and find that it looks completely different from the website, just show us the unboxing video (including product details, shipping label, and outer packaging box). We will report and verify with our factory and carrier, and arrange a replacement for you.
If the package is severely damaged, you should file a claim with the carrier upon receipt of the package. A new replacement will be arranged depending on the severity of the damage. For minor damage, we will guide you on how to repair.
If the tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything, please call UPS/FedEx and file a claim as soon as possible. If you order by credit card, Red Fox will also appear on your statement.
Yes, we ship many packages internationally. 95% of products are exempt from standard shipping fees. Expedited shipping is also available, starting at $40. At checkout, you will receive accurate shipping costs and options. Most orders will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes, some packages may be intercepted/ delayed by customs.

UPS Next Day and UPS 2 Day delivery options are only available on business days. UPS does not deliver on most holidays.
